APPOINTMENT CHANGES

We will not be charging a fee for late notice appointment changes. If you or a family member are not feeling 100% we ask you to call and rebook at no fee.

MASK POLICY
Masks must be worn in common areas of the shop.

SANITATION PROCEDURES
We have all been certified and licensed through our state and through Barbicide (medical grade disinfection company) on all sanitation procedures. Rest assured we are educated and ready to protect you and ourselves. We proudly use medical grade sanitizers as well as UV sanitizers for our non-disposable tools. 

GUIDELINES
We are following CDC guidelines closely to ensure everyones health and safety.

GUEST POLICY
No guest of clients will be allowed that this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience but no children, friends or family can attend appointments with you unless medically necessary.


ARRIVAL POLICY
Upon arrival to The Skin Clinic, please call or text to let us know you are here. We will respond when we are able to take you. For now, we will be limiting our capacity which means that only one guest per provider and one receptionist will be allowed in the shop at any given time.  By entering the shop you are acknowledging that you have not been in contact with anyone with covid for at minimum 14 days. You also commit that you are currently healthy with no symptoms of covid.  Temperatures may be taken upon entrance. We will also ask that you wash hands and sanitize upon your entrance.

 

IN-PERSON SHOPPING POLICY
If you’re interested in simply shopping or purchasing retail we ask that you either make a consultation appointment (FREE) OR text upon your arrival and if a staff member is able, we will gladly serve you. We will continue curb side pick up for anyone that prefers that for the time being.

INTAKE FORMS
All intake forms must be filled out PRIOR to entering the shop. These can be found in appointment confirmation texts and on our social media page!

APPOINTMENT POLICY
Please rebook your appointments before leaving. We have a lot of calls to make and by pre-booking, you’re ensuring your space for your next treatment.

We will not be charging a Covid fee or increasing our prices. We understand that this experience has created hardships for many and we will be absorbing the additional costs. YOUR PRESENCE is WHAT WE MISS MOST!

COMMUNICATION
Calls and texts will be answered, however we will not always have a receptionist on site. PLEASE leave a voicemail. We promise to get back to each of you in a timely manor! Don’t forget, you can always book online at skinclinicpa.com
