We want your time with us to be extra special! Before you join us for your treatment, please be aware:
* Please use metered parking on street.
*Please arrive promptly at your service time. Allow extra time for parking on Saturdays.
* A 24 hour notice is required for all cancelations. A 50% service charge will be applied for non compliance.
*When making an appointment over the phone, a Credit Card or Gift Certificate number is needed.
*Gift Cards/Certificates and Coupons are needed at the time of service to be redeemed. We can not accept expired discounts or Gift Certificates.

* Gratuities are appreciated but not included in pricing.
* We accept major credit cards, cash and checks (with valid US Drivers license). We can email a copy of your receipt if you prefer to have one for your files.
* You are welcome to leave us a note or request in the comments box of the online booking. If we are able to, we will accommodate your request as best as possible.
* All robes, slippers, and disposable undergarments are provided for your service.
* We ask each new client to file a skin care form in order for us to best serve you. Please be aware that if you have any allergies to foods, medications or skin care, it is your responsibility to notify us of this BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT.
* 1/4 inch of hair growth, or 10-14 days is required for waxing treatments. Please be sure that your hair is long enough before coming for your treatment. If the hair is too short and we are unable to treat, you may be charged a % for missing an appointment.
*Winter Weather- Eastern PA is known for wintery weather. If you have an appointment on a day with inclement weather, please check Facebook and also be aware that you may receive a phone call to reschedule your appointment! Furthermore, if you have an appointment on a day with bad weather but the shop remains open, we will override the cancelation fee for those that call day of and move their appointment. The safety of our Staff and our Clients comes first!
POLICY INFORMATION FOR OUR CLIENTS:
Returns on products: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Skin Clinic but we understand that you may have a change of heart. Our policy for used products allows you to return your opened product to us within 7 days of purchase. If you aren't able to get to the shop in that time frame, please call and let us know so we can write it on your account. We will refund your form of payment or honor an exchange for a product of your choosing.
For unopened products, a return or exchange can be made within 60 days of purchase.
No Show and 24 hour cancelation- We are blessed with your support and business and try to honor you and your time. We ask the same. We often have waiting lists to accommodate clients. As of March 2016, our Genbook system charges all no show clients 50%. To avoid this, please give us 24 hour notice. A special override in the computer is offered one time per client as a courtesy to you.
